I actually was just kind of laughing after the ending, as it kinda caught me of guard as many others. Also reading the comments was too funny. I wasn't really even disappointed, it just felt like a big "why?". I enjoyed the series and really had potential and at least in my opinion fairly good acting for the fantasy setting. It cannot be easy to be serious when you have to act like there's fire coming out of your hands. I was kind of hoping a cliche good defeats bad and everyone lives happily ending, since that could have fitted with the bit of corny vibe of the series. But suddenly killing everyone in very anticlimactic ways was not really what I was waiting for. And I was happy to see some feelings between Kor and Pun, just for Kor to die alone soon. It felt unneeded a bit. Sad endings are good too, if you make them well, but this felt confusing. Also why are they eating pizza happily on the next scene? 😂 It felt inconsistent with the sad scenes just before.
