Agreed! I have been so impressed with all the other actors that’s it’s hard not to be disappointed with he FL. Jung Hae In is absolutely incredible, even shots of the back of his head show emotion 😂 I understand wanting to start her acting career with a bang but they should have gone for like a romantic comedy or s something.

Yeah, when I say I’m a Jisoo believer I mean I believe that she has potential. For the first 5 episodes I couldn’t watch any of her scenes without cringing. Now, I cringe less.

I felt the same way about V in Hwarang but he wasn’t a main character and he delivered some amazing emotion near the end.

I just still think it was a mistake to cast a rookie in a lead role in a blockbuster drama. Unfair to her more than anything.

Yeah, I mean she’s not my favorite actress or anything and I still think there’s huge room for improvement but that scene was amazing and required micro expressions that she pulled off. I fully believed she was YR in that scene.

The end of ep. 8 is epic! Like totally shocked me and made me a Jisoo believer, she pulled it off

Well, the first episode when she’s in the ally with the ML and he hugs her close and she pretends to fight with him looked so fake and it looked like she was trying too hard to look frightened. I’m on episode 6 though and she’s doing way better. I think I was a little harsh but that’s because my expectations were so high from all the praise comments

I’m not an “anti-fan” (whatever that is?) I just am shocked that all the comments I read before I watched said she was so good. I don’t have constructive criticism lol

It’s not mean on purpose it’s just honest. I looked at the comments here before watching and they were all praising her amazing acting so my expectations were high and wow when I watched it I was shocked by how obviously bad it is. People must just be blinded by love for her group her something.

I have no disliking towards her I’m just reallly surprised she got this role when I find her acting distracting.

I like Jisoo as a singer as a person. I’m just surprised by how terrible this is.

I don’t enjoy Suzy’s performances either but you can’t compare the two. This FL literally has three different faces and shuffles when she walks. Everything she does looks unnatural. Suzy at least is interesting to watch.

Lol that’s exactly what I feel like she’s doing! Just making a bunch of the same weird faces. Like she read a book about acting and is just trying to copy the different faces she saw in the book. It’s so bad and I’m literally the only one who sees it apparently!

I’m really enjoying other aspects of it. I’ll just remember she’s a rookie and stop whining about it.

That’s very true. Also some idols turned actors are some of my favorites so I shouldn’t discriminate. I’m just disappointed with this one because all the comments said she was so great so I had high expectations.

Yeah, I’ve noticed that Kpop idols get hired regardless if they’re talented in acting or not. It’s sad but it’s the truth.
