Does it get better????? I can't say bcz idk how much you are expecting from a rookie/ debut actress, for me personally…
I was just wondering if her acting gets better because sometimes that happens. Also, pointing out the fact that she’s a rookie actress is making an excuse.

They shouldn’t cast someone who can’t act in a lead role. The fact that you have to make excuses for her proves that. Why shouldn’t I have high expectations for an actress in a high budget drama?

I’m on episode 5 and the FL’s acting is terrible. Maybe the worst I’ve ever seen in a Kdrama. Why did they cast her with such amazing actors? Her inexperience really shows. Does she get better? At this point I just want to skip all her scenes but unfortunately she’s important to the plot.

This Twitter thread is going off character descriptions that JTBC have already explained are not what people think. If the NSA are glorified in any way then yes, cancel the hell out of this but the drama is not going in that direction.

This explains why they are upset and why it is premature to get upset.

We’re one episode in. We are not clear how the drama is going to portray the controversy so it’s too early to say that this drama is insensitive. I honestly think the government would have shut it down if it was going in a bad direction. Let’s give it some time before cancelling. Also, not a Blackponk fan just think it’s ridiculous to freak out over something that we are not sure of.

Funny, how, even in year 2021, a grown woman minding her own sexual business get herself tagged with descriptives…
Having sexual morals is not misogynistic, and they apply to the dude too but he actually remembers her. I’m just bugged by the fact that most modern Noona dramas show the women having one night stands like that’s what makes them strong and independent. To me it’s the opposite of feminism. Women sometimes choose not to have sex with random strangers and they are strong and independent too. But thanks for responding and I’m sorry I offended you.

Yeah, even in 2021 there are sexual ethics for both men and women. One night stands are extremely common but they are not a sign of maturity or strength in men or women. It’s actually a lack of self control and there are many STDs and unwanted pregnancies that come from it. At least know the name of the person you sleep with in case there are unwanted circumstances. That’s sleeping around 101.

yeah well no one said this was supposed to be strong and elegant. see the tags, cold female lead. thats it.
Yeah, but cold female lead normally means she’s strong and independent and don’t need no man. Why does that always have to mean they have no sexual mores?

Title Now, We Are Breaking Up Spoiler
Is SHK’s character supposed to start off despicable? Because I don’t see anything strong and elegant about having a one night stand where you don’t even remember the person’s face.

I absolutely hated Love o2o because I couldn’t stand the FL. She was as stiff as a bored the whole time, almost robotic. I found Dilabra’s acting amazing and not annoying at all. She was socially aware and flirtatious in a way that come across naturally. Even though it was a slowburn romance you have to admit they had crazy chemistry and in love o2o the kissing and romantic scenes were at best awkward and at worst seemed like the FL was being forced against her will.

Well he was a teenager when that relationship went down and has apologized for it and admitted he was an a**hole many times. His career really did suffer fro, his actions but he was able to come back from it probably because he was so young.
