Go Ahead has a really strong focus on sibling relationships! Dear Parents is the most similar drama to The Bond that I've seen (similar time periods, big family, etc.). The Story of Minglan and Song of Youth are a bit of a stretch (they're both historical dramas but they focus on family relationships).
