FL had good feelings toward ML until SFL came back and during that SML was pursuing FL. FL decides to give the relationship a try with SML, but she based on the body interactions she doesn't really seem like she likes him that much.

So sad they made them reduce the episodes. I don't mind 50+ episodes with this cast ! I guess this explains why the actual drama is a little different than the trailer.

It makes sense that the ML won't be the same as who he was in ep 1 and 2. He went through a lot to become the Bo Prince and has to be ruthless due to circumstances. Also, there is a reason why he pushes the FL away. I do agree, the FL is always sacrificing herself or is the damsel in distress. The plot may not be the best, but I think it's still worth it to watch fo the cast.

I finished it in two days as well. Usually fast forwarding or skipping all the boring scenes (when the old men talk politics) and the flashbacks.

The ML and FL ends up together , but the girl dies in the end and the guy follows after.
Basically it was the 4th prince that was narrating the ending. He said Prince Bo follows after Zhai Xing meaning he dies with her and lives on in their own world.
