The scene with the umbrella was just like the scene from The K2 where Ji Chang Wook as Kim Je Ha, The Bodyguard was the ML.

The show started great, and I loved it. I guess the writer wanted us to have our own understanding with regards to the ending by reading between the lines. Based on what I understood, SJ and DM got married and had a son, the one SJ mentioned when she received her award, and we can also see DM crying while watching her; it's tears of joy, and he's proud of what his wife has achieved. Chi Gam and Ri An disappeared from the pond and went back to the past; they eloped together and had their own happy ending. What happened to Do Yi and Chi Jung was their own bad karma from the past. I haven't watched Romantic Doctor S1 yet, but I am looking forward to having S4. I have watched S2 and S3 and I am amazed by the different stories in each episode. It depicts real experiences we encounter in our lives and also lessons to learn along the way. Hopefully, there will be Season 4 Since YSJ is back and I am thrilled to watch more of Doctor Romantic.
