Yes, watch, but sometimes dramas don't follow the novel's ending. I stay away from sad endings beforehand. I watched one recently that didn't follow the novel's ending and I'm still heartbroken bigtime.

People rating 5 stars(great) and 1 star(poor) on episodes that haven't even aired yet. lol

Yes, YF strangled Mom, but Mom is not some good domestic motherly type who bakes cookies here, she's a long time experienced, scheming villain who poisons/drugs her patrons to rob them and possibly murders them. Cuz I didn't see those 2 other drugged, robbed men wake up. Mom covers up deaths at her shop very quickly too, look how they handled YF, like a pro. Mom, Dad and son's evil deed to drug YF is why he defended himself, which was a completely justifiable reaction on his part. It was three seasoned villains against one good guy.

Agree, the supporting actress who plays the evil sister would've been the better FL looks wise. But, our the FL's role is supposed to be childish and awkward so she wouldn't have worked. The supporting actress has stage presence on film, and looks beautiful in every angle, and her acting skills are on point for an adult feminine woman. The FL, unfortunately, has to be childlike, pouty, and recklessly silly, the chosen FL actress does that perfectly.

Yes, Xiao Zhan has chemistry even with tables but unfortunately our FL does not.

Dancing scene was a no for me. No sizzle or spark at all. They have siblings chemistry and she's so childlike which makes him appear so much older than her, imo. Don't ever want to see them kiss, he's too much older and mature for her.

Some may simply feel that she's just not at his level and maybe there is no other actress that can be at his level. I guess when ur perfect, cuz he's perfect, that happens.

Ep 1, the fringeless wedding hairstyle looked great. She looked completely different and seemed so mature. When she was on the horse riding into the desert, she should've kept riding away off the set with that fringe wig.

Sorry, please continue watching, Xiao Zhan's amazing and gorgeous. I will continue watching this till the bitter end ugly wig and all. I refuse to drop or rate lower than 10 cuz he's carrying this show. She deserves a lifetime of Golden Broom Wards for this role. Ty for responding I feel better now😊😊😊

I feel bad too, but for us. She should've disappeared that wig from the set!!! it's doing her no favors. omg! I find myself already FF her scenes AND, imo, she can't dance too, the evil princess sister of her friend can dance circles around her. She plays a 5 year old very well, I'll giver her that but that's about it. She's killing me cuz he's sooo perfect AND she's sooo not,

Ep 5 the pouting needs to stop, asap. She acts like a 5 year old child. The fake fringe on her wig is horrendous too.
