I felt the same way, as you, about LSS, during ep 31, the reunion with TTJ after 500 years she sadly, all of a sudden, fell flat for me. The scene was super anticlimactic written terribly for the role of Li Susu. I expected so much after the tower and the slaying nails scene cuz Bai Lu rocked those LSS scenes, however, now I do feel she's back to her spunky self. I couldn't ever feel the role of Li SuSu's is a side character she's like everryything in this story, the reason TTJ's alive and his driving strength against evil.
