from what I’ve seen of ep 9, the ages did surprise me a teeny bit. I didn’t realise ALL of them are mid-20s to mid-30s, I thought Jaehyung & Juyeon would be early 20s.

omg the way Yongwoo went along w everything Juyeon wanted to do for their performance was so flipping cute, he’s such a lovely brother. this is why I wish I had an older brother instead of younger ones 😂

it’s so odd how they’re treating riko (the 18 yr old girl) as a child but they treat hikaru (who was also 18 when he joined) as an adult. like they just view him as an immature adult, it’s weird.

and it’s strange how everyone seemed to find it normal when he said his last relationship was as a 17 yr old w a 36 yr old woman. is that normal in Japan?? from the cultures (south Asian & British) I’ve been brought up with, that means he was groomed. but he said it so casually on an international show. I think they’d have a different reaction if riko said she’d been w a man double her age.

and it’s kinda sad seeing how far misaki is going for an 18 yr old, wearing revealing pyjamas etc. I think it’s a crush but she’s mistaken it for love bc it feels more intense w them constantly in each other’s surroundings

100% agree, the writing is really starting to ruin this show

the aunt’s “romance” w the village man is irrelevant to the plot, I’m kind of sick of seeing it.

soocheol is beyond pathetic, absolutely useless. man’s been dumped by his fraudster wife TWICE & is still attached to her despite literally telling his parents 2 seconds ago that he’s “letting go of his training wheels”. why does he have any trust in her after knowing she’s lied about everything & has PLANNED to marry him since meeting him in childhood?

he’s the most spineless character in the show & it’s mad that he’s like that at his big age then says he’s gonna raise someone else’s kid 😂😂 he’s still a child himself.

anyways rant over, kwak dongyeon is a brilliant actor & I really hope to see him act in roles w more decent characters in the future

messy but still fun to watch! the time flew in that ep but there wasn’t particularly much progress w anyone.

I’m curious to see Yunjae & Yunha’s 2nd date, I want to see if it’s more than just interest & they actually have a nice connection. I like how maturely Yongwoo spoke w Jiwon when she was sad about not getting a text, he’s a really great brother. I want to see him on more dates w Choa so they can build a stronger foundation instead of just texts

this wasn’t as satisfying as I wanted esp compared to the first couple of seasons but it was still a fun watch!! I enjoyed looking forward to seeing the new ep each week. Hope we see s4 next yr

oh wow! thanks for posting this, I never realised the time gap of the breakup between hwihyun & hyewon’s relationship was that long espeically compared to the others

i just really wanna see yongwoo x choa as a couple at the end, please!!!! they’re so cute.

also I found Seseung so adorable when she said she wished she could message herself for being brave about the bungee jumping 😂😂 bless her, I fully get it, I’m terrified of heights

watching haein’s mum realise how wrongly she treated her daughter was bittersweet. I think those scenes hit me more bc of some recent similar events I’d seen in my personal life.

it’s nice that they’re bonding again but it’s sad it took THIS for her to realise how many yrs she’d been brushing her daughter off & not giving her the support she needed.

it’s always when the worst happens that you realise that you should’ve been grateful for what you had & made the most of it while there was time

i think it’s unhealthy how dependent she is on her idol. yes you’ve pointed out she cared about her own life to a small extent BUT she literally spent 3000 on a watch! just bc he wore it yrs back. (how’s she even getting that money when she’s unemployed?)

and she also madly wheeled out her house in the middle of the night when discovering about his incident. then proceeded to crawl into a stream just for that watch.

I suppose people have got different standards but for me, that’s unhealthy esp bc it’s parasocial

sol’s obsession is unhealthy but her character’s so cute & bubbly. it’s crazy how they’re late 20s-30s but they’re acting high school kids, hyeyoon hasn’t aged since sky castle

I feel kind of bad for Seseung but it’s good Jaehyung was able to make her see that she was going all-in TOO early.

Jaehyung was so funny w his yellow hair clip & grilling moments 😂 And Cheolhyun was cute trying to sort his hair out.

I hope we see more Yongwoo & Choa, their consistency in choosing each other despite whether they spend much time together or not is so lovely to watch, I want them to be endgame
