I’m currently watching northward & really enjoying it. i heard she’s an amazing actor so am wondering what drama to try to see her other roles? I think I watched a couple eps of arsenal military academy a few yrs ago but I don’t really remember
I just watched the first two episodes and I love how the kids feel like real kids (perfect casting for the children).…
I agree!! the child actors did a really great job setting the foundation of the characters, we got to see the different personalities & how they all connect w each other. it was really cute & realistic
based off the first 2 eps, I’m really enjoying this so far! The friendships between the children are so freaking cute, the child actors all did an amazing job! it gives me the bond & reply 1988 vibes - I adore family dramas like those so I’m hoping this continues along that type of storyline!
ahhh I’ve got 1 ep left! At the start I was really enjoying this show & was binging but idk, the later eps kinda dragged. I think all the crap between Sijun & Jua was really frustrating to watch. even as a viewer I was getting tired seeing all the back & forth arguing & accusations. if you’re toxic for each other then just cherish what you had & move on. and Sijun was doing that fine till Jua came back randomly & decided to act like everything was normal. even the way she jumped back into her friendship w gyeom after not being there for him during his hardships was annoying
this is cliche but still v cute & fun to watch! I can’t wait for them to realise who they are, I hope it’s soon.
& kinda unrelated but it was a bit weird whenever I remembered CHW’s born in 02 bc we’re the same age but he defo gives older vibes in this drama. it shows he’s good at pulling off different characters tho, it’s nice seeing him in a role that’s not a high schooler
so this was v different from the novel but I enjoyed it. there was more of a plot than there is in the novel & the actors here have done a really great job portraying their characters. esp cho igeon - hope to see him in more dramas in the future. kim dongwon did amazing w his psycho stalker role too
She just wants Junseo with Theo's personality. which will not happen Junseo is not attentive or caring at all.
exactly, she can’t expect someone to change who they are just to fit her type. if she can’t find what she wants in any of the guys there then she should stick w whoever fits her type the most or not choose anyone
I wish Sian rejected Theo a few eps ago bc she’s never been interested in him (it’s more like she’s into his actions). He might’ve had an opportunity to get to know someone else. Oh well, at least it’s done now.
Junseo & Sian’s 2nd paradise date was SO off, they wouldn’t mesh well together at all. Sian’s type has been “sweet” & “gentle” guys so she should just stick w Jeongsu
the way junseo asked minseol if she wanted to go paradise & gave her some expectations then chose sian was really off putting for me!
he was 1 of my faves from earlier eps but my male faves now are defo tehwan & theo. I LOVE how they give a lot of assurance to the person they’re interested in & they’re both adorable.
female faves are defo minseol, jiyeon & arin. they’re all really cute
this is a fun watch for those who enjoy medical series. I love dramas like this where we get character context & plot lines but they also do actually explain some of the medical cases, it makes it more realistic. gives me grey’s anatomy/dr romantic vibes. nurse jangmi was my favourite character, i hope i can be like her
a lot of the contestants are similar to each other in appearance, mannerisms, even way of speaking - I’m still struggling to distinguish who’s who & we’re 1/3 of the way through!
also I was kinda surprised how a lot of them have such high self esteem 😂 idk, it just threw me off, esp when the panelists were like “it’s bc they’re young, this is the gen z way of speaking” & I was thinking ??? nah even if I was as pretty as these lot, I’d never genuinely speak about myself like that 🤣🤣 but I suppose u gotta find confident people to go on these type of shows.
I was rooting for KAIST since ep 1. They all worked so hard & had great teamwork, they’ve got bright futures ahead. This season was even better than s1, I hope we get s3
