After the case was revealed, both Kiyohiko and Ruri attacks announcer, with Ruri holds Ogawa, asking Kiyohiko to finish her off. As Kiyohiko are about to stab Ogawa, but she dodges, causing Kiyohiko accidentially stabs his own female accomplice. When being stabbed, Ruri accuses Kiyohiko for betraying her, but he didn't. Finally, Ruri dies. Enraged after Ruri was killed, Kiyohiko brutally and violently attacks Ogawa with slamming her head, then strangles her. But Ogawa kicks his genital. Suddenly, Noriko and Shinichi arrives, . The police arrives and quickly handcuffs Kiyohiko. While being handcuffed, Kiyohiko yelled to them, telling that Ogawa kill his female accomplice. But Ogawa told to Kiyohiko that he should face the consequences for the murders.

The true culprit in the series was Saeki Yoshiyuki (Kashiwabara Shuji) and Ishizuka Katsuro (Yoshimura Kaito).
At the forest, Yoshiyuki takes out a gun in order to shoot Katsuro, who is taking revenge against his sister's death. As he is about to finish off Katsuro, suddenly Totsugawa stops him. As Yoshiyuki gave up, Katsuro laughs at him. Totsugawa saying unforgivable to Katsuro who committed the murders, as he about to shoot Katsuro by taking out the gun, but Kamei and others asking to not to fire at him. Katsuro claims his innocence because he still has the money to pay his lawyer to acquit him, but his efforts failed, as Totsugawa shows the evidence of five knifes that are using to kill the victims, making Katsuro shocked, then Totsugawa arrests him for murder. Yoshiyuki asked to be arrested, then Totsugawa handcuffs and arrests him.
But 2 months later, Yoshiyuki died due to illness; Totsugawa puts the picture of his sister at his deathbed.
