No it's not worth. This drama doesn't make any sense. It has a lot loopholes. Poor writing and direction. I watched until ep 15, because it was not getting any better.

The trailer looks good, but after watching the first episode, i feel very disappointed. The first episode doesn't make sense at all for me. I will wait for the final review if i should continue to watch this drama.

It's just me that the death of the third prince didn't make any sense. The episode 16 shows third prince death by having heart attack due to nightmares of his young brother death. The impression i was getting from the story that the third prince was strong character. He knew that in order to be the next king blood must be spill and throughout the story he plotted the death of his old brother and he knew that was a plot to kill his father. I didn't see any special or deep bonding with his young brother and his young brother wasn't his first kill. I know it would be cliche having the third prince bewitch by witchcraft, but it would make more sense for me.

The negative aspect of this drama has only 20 episodes. With some many characters in this drama and information some scenes will be left behind or barely touch. Six Flying Dragons had 50 episodes that dealt with historical, politics and romance and etc. I think if Scarlet Heart Ryeo has more episodes to develop the characters and the story, the drama would do well in korea.
