Oh god. My MOBA game addiction + my drama watching addiction combining into one. I'm both excited, but don't want…
They aren't playing LoL for the drama but another MOBA because of copyright problems they are dealing with on the Novel's front. (I would still stick around, I have been enjoying the book! The storyline is amazing and the romance between the mains is unique in its own. And our main characters are unique to the ESports dramas.. The female lead is a badass at MOBA games before joining the team. The male lead expresses that his love interest has to be better at games than he is... Also when it comes to gaming, the issues for even the professionals are realistic!) Also for what it's worth most Esports novels are very in-depth about how to play MOBA games. And Cheng Xiao is someone who loves to dabble in videogames so we can expect that she knows how to rock a keyboard even while acting! :D

Title True Beauty
Umh exactly the same storyline of My ID is Gangnam beauty with the same male lead bruh lmao just that here she…
But, like. Can we take a moment to admire Cha Eun Woo for being able to act well enough that his energetic happy chaos that is his true nature is well hidden?

I think Suho is more tormented and cold than Do Kyun Suk though. Kyun Suk was more direct and reserved than Suho's character has shaped into. (Both dramas are great, and yeah I like this energy more.)

What I am about to say, understand that this is coming from a woman who was raised since she was a toddler with three older stepbrothers. My sister, who is my blood sister, is closer to age with them than I am by 6 years. All 5 of us would never see each other as anything other than siblings. We all have an agreement that if something where to happen to our parents that we'd continue to be siblings. Even my best friend didn't know my sister and I were stepsiblings with our brothers for 8 years.

Towards those who are commenting against incest, this is not an incestuous relationship. There ARE dramas and movies out there with those relationships. Do I agree with them? Not personally. But how Luoshu and Chuchen's family has shown their bond, I believe that their relationship is that of a close family friend and a family who is grieving the loss of their son/brother. It is a bond of intense respect and friendly love.

Yes, Li Luoshu shares the English Phonic surname with the family, his surname is different via Chinese Characters. It is even stated in the second episode that his surname is "Different from Li Chuyao's surname". He has always kept his legal name, and only took on Chuchen's name in front of Li Chuchen's mother. Even Chuyao and her father call him Luoshu when the mother is not around to hear them address him as his real name.

Although Luoshu and Chuyao call each other brother and sister, it is common practice for close friends to call each other that, also probably a habit since they are made to do so in front of her mother. Luoshu has already explained that Chuyao and Luoshu were ALSO very close friends when Chuchen was alive still. That together, the two siblings and Luoshu would spend most of their time doing normal friendship things.

It is even a constant topic that both Chuyao and her father have brought up with Luoshu about how he has a life *after* the mother comes out of her shocked state. Luoshu has so much respect and love for the family of his late best friend that he hopes to give back what they have given him, an orphan.

I'm not trying to change minds about this drama though, if you do not feel comfortable with watching this drama, don't. There's no one stopping you. I just wanted to express how I think that this drama in particular is different from an incest-based plot. If it was an incest-plot I wouldn't have even tried to watch it. I don't even think this specific plot borderlines an incest-plot. These are my personal opinions!

Everyone deserved the award(s) they got! Hell yeah :>. 2020 has been a tough year for us all, and we should thank the talents that worked hard to make it a little less heavy for us!

Si Feng and Xuan Ji have the best and most believable chemistry I've seen this year. Period.
Like INSTA-Chemistry! I started giving this drama a try last night and there's no mistake to the chemistry right off the first episode.

Title Meeting You Spoiler
can you spoil it for me...is their a lot of misunderstanding or is the relationship strong...when do they officially…
I'm happy it's slow-burn. It definitely suits their characters and their personalities to have it be on the slower side.

I'm getting Love O2O, Go Go Squid vibes from reading the synopsis, adding it to my "plan to watch" list XD
The novel is totally worth the read! I have to say I love Ji Xiangkong and Gun God as characters. But Lu Si Cheng has a quality to his personality that I'm excited to see personified by Xu Kai.

Tong Yao also destroys people in games! It'll be nice to see a lady rock the gaming scene as a main character and not a bad ass secondary like Appledog and Shu Wen. Sorry babbled in excitement lmao!

Person Kang Ki Young
i miss watching a random drama and saying "oh, kang ki-young is here too!" i miss his roles. hopefully we'll see…
I watched Exit finally. Saw him come on the screen and flailed in excitement!

I totally agree, we need more "oh Kang Ki-Young is here too!" moments. He's become my favourite actor.

Person Xu Kai
Guys did u realized that Xu Kai no longer casted in New Generation drama. Did someone know why this is happening?
He was casted in Falling Into Your Smile? Which is a novel based on LoL/ESports.

omg same!! and the trailer looks so freaking good!!
It really does! I'm looking forward to what seems like another "not-so-rough-CEO" ML. (Until things hit the fan). But he seems gentler than the trope.

Can I just say I love hearing Hu Yi Tian's voice. Every time I watch a drama with him in it I am pleasantly caught off guard by it!

I'm interested in this story line too.

The ending is in a movie-form so you don't have to worry about 30+ new episodes for the second season!
