Not in the same theme like of a hospital, but it's about time-loops. It's frustratingly good and interesting to see how the character(s) figure out their loop pattern. But it's a CDrama called "Reset". I really enjoyed it, it was shot very well and the storyline is unique to typical CDrama!

My suggestion. Download a translation app on phone.. I know Google Translate sucks often but I actually find it easier to take photos of the Hanzi subtitles when it gets to that part. It translates from its built-in camera.
I generally use Chinese-to-English dictionaries if Google Translate on my phone doesn't work out.
