Are you all delusional? This is just bad writing! You can't have only terrible characters and call it depth. Ml and FL are not the problem. The problem is the way they depicted the already flawed and bad story. I mean does cheaters bringing their kids into their cheating... The teady bear in the exhaust pipe saga... The let's not tell her I am sick but I'll leave my sack of pills laying around and admit myself into an asylum - like she won't realize it... the fake dating of the assistant -wtf was that - did you ever so that in real life? And I can't even remember all of the stupid ones at the begining.
You all say FL dad is nice - no, he's bad, so fkn bad that he helps everybody around except his daughter and his wife. Then he never communicates with FL for 20 years. All life just joking around... It s that depth?
Also sometimes the way some scenes progressed has no logic - jumps, time disappearing and so many more.
I can't even watch the last episode. And I will never watch it because it s pure garbage. And also a BORING garbage.

Did the modern-day grandpa explain why he kept Yeon Woo alive because of the painting? I seriously don't get it,…
The scene where modern FL appears is in the 'epilogue' of one of the first episodes - some black suites get her out of the car in the woods and she asked them what's happening, isn't the chairman sending her abroad to study? and everything smells fowl - that's why I presume she's killed - they left it hung like that .....
Also the painting: in 11'th pe FL confronts grandpa and he shows her the painting telling her that he wanted the painting but his grandfather didn't wanted to give it to him, besically making him swear to "take all that's his", basically becoming the awfully person that he is because of his desire of the painting(at least that's how I interpreted it)...... Even more dumb to why he did that to reincarnation of FL
I have major problem, a huge plot hole that nobody addressed. In the first episodes (maybe 4th) they show how the chairman took the reincarnation of FL (when she was like 20) and presumably killed her. Besides all the questions this event produces like: why did he do that(he doesn't seem to know the bad history of his ancestors), did he really kill her, why wasn't he punished for it?; the big problem is: how did she reincarnate in the past if she f*in dies in the future.....that's why a better ending was if FL remained in the past and the present changes so that ML meets the reincarnation of FL which now doesn't die anymore BCS of the jerk grandpa..... It s not solid, but definitely more solid then what we got...
