If it's true that after wrapping amidst a Snowstorm of Love last year, Wu Lei has decided to focus solely on movies for the time being and is not even open to reading drama scripts or meeting with drama directors, it's really a big loss. He is undoubtedly China's best young actor. I am saying "young," but it feels weird considering that he is literally a veteran at the age of 24. For that reason, it's kinda unfair to the other young actors to be compared to a veteran xD. I wish all the news regarding this matter aren't true, and if they were true, hopefully it's just a little break which he is entitled to considering how long he has been working on dramas. We need to see him in many more dramas, and it doesn't matter what genre it is; he will kill it.

It's good that some people listened and rated. Right now, the lowest score on the episodes that weren't released yet is 8.2, which is better than 7.5 😌. And yes, considering that there are other series rated 9/10 like HL and WIFTY, this drama definitely has a case of a solid 9.

The long ballad has kinda a similar genre to LLTG, while Crossfire is completely different.
I highly recommend watching The Long Ballad before LLTG. Regarding Cross Fire, it's up to you whether to watch before the two or after them.
