i just finished watching it and i don't know what to think ... it seemed to me that from the moment he woke up in the cinema onwards it was like an after death (?) because jiang-fang asks him if he promised someone to go that place and in prison I remember tang asking him to stop by his house after he left. it seemed that they knew tang, which would mean that they were arrested and what happened was not just a dream ...
