I'm at EP18 right now, and the Gong family (excluding GSJ and GYZ) is starting to frustrate me with their decision. Especially GZY with his contradictions during the interrogation scene (I'm still not convinced about the main couple's romance even after ZLH wrote a long essay about GZY's feelings towards YWS, and I blame the drama and its pacing for it). It's like only GSJ and GYZ are actually doing their job in protecting the family 😂
I'm probably missing some critical info that's in the later ep, but for now, this is how I feel.
I got really distracted by the fact that LSS was still pretty dolled up (especially with her hair accessories) while she was on the run in the latest eps. They could've made it more convincing by giving her a change of outfit into a more commoner-looking ones 😂
Do I have to subscribe on their app or I can just join their YT membership to watch the VIP episodes? I prefer to watch on PC, but they don't have a website for global or a PC app 🥲
I think I'm gonna have to put this on hold until the drama finishes because I'm losing interest ever since they killed off Ke Ran and Wan Jie. I'm not feeling the romance between the ML and FL too, and 2nd ML along with the other female characters annoy me as well. At this point, I'm only watching this because of Mu Yu 😂 Hopefully the later part of the drama when Chong Zi finally turns her back against the immortal clan is exciting enough to keep me watching till the end.
