I personally really liked the drama's plot and the main couple, even though it took a while for them to get together. The supporting characters were great too; I liked how each of them was developed. I think the only thing I didn't like was how Xing Yu and Qing Ye reunited after five years—I guess I was expecting something more. It was also obvious that the actor playing Xing Wu didn't quite know how to pull off a drunk character, but it’s still a fun drama.
My rating for this drama will always be a 10, thanks to both the plot and the couple. C-dramas often drag out the process of the couple finally getting together, but I don't mind the wait when the storyline makes it worthwhile—and in this case, I really enjoyed it. I wouldn't call it one of my absolute favorites, but it is definitely a drama I love rewatching to appreciate the story all over again.

I don't know who irritated me more: Xia Xiaoju, who had a crush on Cheng Lang for a long time and humiliated herself to get his attention, and in the end, he hadn't even gotten over Lin You. Huang Jun and Qiu Letao's romance could have been better, but the writer preferred her with Baobao. Shiyi was VERY patient, and it pissed me off because she clearly didn't like him, and the writer portrayed him as an idiot who was always after her. He deserved someone better. From episodes 33 or 34 onward, it started to show that she didn't like him and just wanted him to be like before, chasing after her. But then, out of nowhere, he went abroad, and she started to realize he likes her? Give me a break, I'd rather have them alone than together.
