yeah.. it was meant to be like that and I think the webtoon was like that too.. it was even tagged “offbeat” on Netflix genre description.. there are films like that, it all depends on if you do like that type of genre, but it doesn’t reduce the film’s quality overall.

no.. it’s just a representation of how people believe doing plastic surgery largely make them beautiful..they have pre, post and long term surgery effect looks throughout the drama. They could use another actress that’s not as beautiful as nana but that won’t do justice to the fantasy behind plastic surgery. Don’t take the beauty of the actresses into the story, just look at it from character perspective.

well.. isn’t that the purpose of the film? the obsession is a huge part of the film, that’s how the writer want it to be and it was executed well.

Until you’re there yourself , you can’t be sure. plus people are different and do react to situations in different ways. some things you really fear, some don’t fear them.. that doesn’t mean they’re better character than you’re.

I’ve heard this ‘rushed ending’ too much about many shows when in fact most of them weren’t rushed.. film finale ain’t meant to be slow plus this is a thriller mystery show.. they needed a climax finale and that’s exactly what they gave. You can think of other ways you want it to be but that doesn’t make this one a rushed one.

Nah, i don’t think you understand what filler actually means, plot devices are always important to main storyline as there is no other way for a plot to progress.. even real life events always have one thing that leads to another. The hungry ghost plot was very related to the plot, it explained the backstory of the young guy that died in 1999 who also happened to know about the main ghost and helped the FL later.. the hungry ghost case also brought the young detective further to the main plot. So it’s very far from being a filler.

But San Young didn’t hear him plus the thing he found out could be anything like the clues they’ve been discovering before, but the ghost was so sure that particular one was vital and she went to kill him ahead.

You said episode 1 and 2 didn’t move the plot but also said it was used to get SY and HaeSang working together, do you understand what a plot device is? they met by chance in the first place and the FL didn’t even believe what he was saying. The only thing that could make them come together again to solve mystery was if they if they have a similar case that warrant them and that was exactly what the writer did..

Lol.. even without them telling FL directly, the ghost knows each of their progress…the dead detective haven’t even revealed his findings before the ghost went to kill him,.. just see it that everything they have been able to discover so far are actually what the ghost want them to discover..

You probably don’t understand the story well.. there has not been any filler episode so far.. even tho the story is around a single ghost, it’s a type of mystery that need them to go relive the past of people that are dead and they don’t know anything about , obviously they will have to go around same places and people to connect the dots. It’s even almost an impossible task for them without the ghost giving them hints too. While also taking care of the current problems the spirit is bound to cause. In the story, both leads worked together in some parts but they also explained why both had to work separately later...except you missed that.

No.. this drama never had a romance tag.. plus the writer is not really known for romance subplots. so it’s not expected to have any true romance.

Revenant is not in any way slow burn.. it’s in fact perfectly paced if not fast paced also.

Probably because you have watched a lot of mystery, crime dramas. But this one is not so typical.. you don’t see many folklore based crime mystery dramas out there.

For the message the writer is trying to tell.. it’s a brilliant script so far.

Probably because it’s getting scary and too much competitions.

Yeah.. I don’t usually watch previews, I just tried this and I am worried I have seen a lot from the next episode.. maybe they did that to increase the ratings or the episode will take a lot of twists.
