i’ve had three suspects in my head this whole time, and we already know the culprit is a young man. from the start i was sooo suspicious of gi beom.. the build matched the figure throwing the newspaper, and that creepy scarecrow smile. and then the scene where mi jun came to pick up her art tube instantly reminded me of that moment when gi beom smirked. but gi hwan was there too during that scene, which made me side-eye him as well.

i also had doubts about that young officer who works with tae ju. like… the murders started way before he showed up, right? and his grandma mentioning he came back from military service just made him feel a bit mysterious.

but after the latest episode, i’m pretty convinced gi beom isn’t the one who barged into the girl’s house and killed her. that crime felt totally different from his usual modus operandi, and he literally got caught by a police officer at that time, so he’s off my suspect list now.

which leaves gi hwan and the officer… and honestly, my gut says gi hwan. that man has given me the creeps more than once 😭
