On Perfect Crown 22 hours ago
I had high hopes for Perfect Crown. The drama started so well, especially with the opening dance scene. The visuals are beautiful, the royal-modern concept is interesting, and I actually like the main pairing.

But the writing of the love story is where it loses me. Some scenes feel too exaggerated and cheesy, almost like I’m watching a child romance or comedy instead of a proper romantic drama. The characters look mature and the production feels expensive, but some of the dialogue does not match that at all.

For example, scenes that should feel emotional or meaningful sometimes come across as awkward or unintentionally funny. It makes it hard to fully connect with the romance, even though the actors have good chemistry.

I still appreciate the visuals, the styling, and the idea behind the story, but I wish the writing had more depth and maturity. The concept had so much potential.
