She's just focused on getting her business off the ground and when he smiles at her and looks at her lovingly it's not right in front of her. Others can see that- her mother, his friend, his assistant.

One has glasses (XYX, HT's BF) and the other (HT's Assistant Tang hasn't got glasses) but they are of similar height and built so it's easy to mistake them. When I first saw XYX in the bar with Li li, I thought who's this guy? Familiar looking. After a few more episodes and a few more scenes they all fall into place.

Zeng Di told JX that she had the backing of a great investor it’s like in a fast lane. She brought up the old story about JX resigning from Guanghua. JX got angry and lashed back that she’s
been made the scapegoat. After JX left HT told ZD not to mention the past.

It’s good. Love it so far. ML has so a lot more screen time here than his other drama so that’s not a disappointment.

Very likely his daughter because the one who texted him was saved as 宝贝 baobei (meaning precious/treasure) often referred to a child.

Agree the screen time in BCE is like support role.

Also she loan money to him and was there for him when he was desperately trying to reach JX when she was admitted to the hospital.

Same for me and not available on Mangotv and Iqiyi for my region.
