this is in the running to be one of my favorite thai series ever, it's just so peak ;-; i feel like i'm going insane waiting for new episodes every week
kinda want jieun to break up with yunjae and be with minju. who cares at this point LOL !! (obviously i'm jesting but imagine if this show DID end with chuu yuri... i would be over the moon #letchuukisswomen)
IS SOMEBODY GONNA MATCH MY FREAK !! people who hated this drama are NOT real freaks 3 the mutual obsession is so delicious i don't care what anyone says <3
OMG. ok i just finished this but i NEED to rewatch at least the last episode. am i the only one who thinks munjo ISN'T dead and we just see what 1) jongwoo tells the police/writes in his book and 2) what the policewoman thinks happened after realizing jongwoo had munjo's teeth bracelet on in the hospital??
i think that what really happened was: 1) munjo tells jongwoo to kill everybody, and he does 2) jongwoo tries to kill munjo too, but can't after realizing he really did enjoy killing everyone 3) jongwoo "accepts" he likes killing ppl and decides to join munjo, so munjo helps jongwoo come up with a plausible story (where jongwoo has "killed" munjo out of self-defense) and takes the bracelet back 4) jongwoo tells the police his story (and puts this version of the story in his book) 5) munjo visits the hospital to return his bracelet to jongwoo (and the policewoman sees him in the elevator) 6) the last shot means that jongwoo and munjo have become partners, just like munjo wanted.
or maybe munjo really is dead and jongwoo has "replaced" him. that's the second best theory imo, but it makes less sense since i don't think munjo could be killed by jongwoo unless he willingly let himself be killed by him as a "student becomes the master" type thing?? but munjo also said he wanted him and jongwoo to be together forever.... so my above interpretation is my fav theory !!
hoping yotha and gun talk this out fr with clear communication next week !! both of them don't know the full picture of the situation and it would not make sense for them to move on and not discuss it. however i am no stranger to thai bl's track record with resolving miscommunication plots... so i will be holding my breath until next wk...
Thank you so much for this review! You saved me a lot of time. I just finished episode 4 and had some serious doubts about whether to continue, but this review confirmed that I should just drop and watch something else. I'm disappointed— it was so highly rated :(
Some of my thoughts were: - The show overall, so far, seemed to lack depth. I was curious to learn about DJX's backstory since his financial struggle was emphasized a few times, but after reading your review, I see I'm only going to be disappointed with how that/his character is handled. - By the end of episode 4 (after nearly 3 hours of runtime), we know next to nothing about SZ except that she likes to draw, she likes DJX, and she doesn't like school. We know even less about the rest of the characters... Lifelike characters can make me enjoy any show, but poorly developed characters can ruin a show with a great premise. - The baby voice/cutesy acting from ZLS and the young SZ casting choice were a little much for me, so after reading your review and finding out there's still the baby voice/cutesy stuff from SZ when she's an adult?? Yeah, it's going to be a no from me.
P.S. i agree the untamed needs to be wayyyy higher rated on mdl !!
