Can anyone tell me about his recent scandal in chinese entertainment? Something about sleeping with someone for…
You can read it in the comment section of avenuex youtube review of provoke. About sleeping with a rich guy to get signed to a famous agency. I was checking his future projects, but I don't think we'll get to see them. And any projects that are not filmed yet, will be replaced with another actor.
Just watch it without subs. It's not a complicated story. And because it's very short the scenes are very straight forward. There's not too much talking or dragging scenes.
- Lots of reviewers didn't like the second half of the drama because they like the ML's personality in the first…
Thank you DramaWin for the spoilers. I'm interested the difference between the novel and the serie. I guess some things cannot pass censorship so they either remove or change it. @Carmela Kang could you please also send me the novel😊😁? I was looking for the English version but couldn't find it.
It didn't fit in some parts but it didn't bother me much in the first half but I think towards the end the editing…
I agree the music doesn't fit in some parts. They use this piano tune with cello I think throughout the serie. It's more befitting a mysterious scene. Some scenes feel weird, because they use this bgm. They could have arranged it differently and use different instruments so it fits the scenes better. Nevertheless I like the music and songs in this serie. It's also a plus that they hired someone who actually can play the piano to act as a songwriter.
I saw the previews until ep 20. https://v.qq.com/x/cover/mzc00200vef064r/d0034dw5ie2.htmlLooking at the direction…
Unfortunately I don't know enough Chinese to fully understand the scene between the ML with his sword pointed at the general. But from what I can deduct from the other trailers, the FL is going to hate ML. She thinks the ML has caused the fall of the Han army just to get the throne. Yeah, the last couple of Chinese ancient drama series I've seen start usually very happy but then turns dramatic.
Below trailers suggest heartache ahead. There is one version with eng sub but I can’t seem to find it now. From…
I saw the previews until ep 20. https://v.qq.com/x/cover/mzc00200vef064r/d0034dw5ie2.html Looking at the direction it goes it's not going to be a happy ending. The FL father and one of her female bodyguard die in battle. In ep 19 she jumps off the cliff and loses her memory in ep 20. I guess somewhere between ep 20 and up to the moment she gets her memories back there'll be some happy scenes with the 5th prince and where she dresses as a female. Maybe the scene where the FL is dressed in red in the palace and she carrying someone (her other female bodyguard?) is the turning point where she remembers everything.
I'm going to watch this ... but how did they manage to get this through censorship? Didn't China ban time-travel…
Only straight forward time travel. So they got to get creative like the time travel happens when the person is in a coma. The person wakes up and it was all a dream. Or in the serie Joy of Life the main lead writes a story, in the story the person has knowledge about modern time.
I liked it and disliked it at the same time. I will try to explain why I felt this way without giving spoilers.…
Unfortunately this is the reality with Chinese series nowadays. Money over quality. I've read the longer the serie the more money they earn. I always skip parts when watching Chinese dramas. To stretch a serie they put a lot of fillers and cliches, but this is not the worst case I've encountered. The serie All Out of Love with Wallace Chung takes the cake with 70 episodes of 45 minutes each about a triangle love story.
It's actually 16. They release 4 episodes on every Monday and Thursday. I only know a little bit of Chinese, so I watch it again on Viki. But can't wait till it's Monday so I can watch ep 17 to 20 :D.
