china is well known for dubbing the actor/actress' voice. it is more common in historical dramas but it does happen in modern dramas. they're usually dubbed bc of pronunciation since they want accuracy (could be bc of the dialect as well)

I'm guessing that the writer is trying to say that there are two possible endings to this because some think that it's actually him but he lost his memory or if he's reincarnated
