Completely wrong XD ML's amnesia part is kinda happen in second half of story but this is different kind of amnesia XD It was fun and same time have painful moment but it is one of the best parts of story. This drama is angesty, ML is not like other MLs. First he is more scarier than villains of story. He is not in cultivators side nor demonic. He is on his own. Like is common to see him beating both sides @ss XD And he is good schemer. He even can devise who lives in heaven and they will be like what happened?

I can't wait to watch it either. This was one of the few stories I even read angst parts with joy. Let me assure you this is going to blow your mind. Before reading the novel I had expected some typical story like you mentioned but after I read it, It became one of my favorite novels in whole time. First of al ML is not good person. He is demonic cultivator and he is even scarier than stories villains. He have complex character. Nor green or black. He is not even a gray character.
FL is not stupid. ML loves her but it doesn't mean he is going to spoil her so much like other masters like other dramas. He is rough and want to make her independent that can save herself in dangers and she is smart enough to learn fast and no matter what, She always believe in her master.
First half of story reminded me of The untamed. It was like I was reading straight version of untamed. The story is full of surprises and sweat moments. It's more focused on their love story and it was first time I read a xiannxia novel without getting bored and reread it twice.
