I like This show too. I think there is more than romance in series and it's more like a real world than a fantasy one. Every character have interesting characteristic that made audience to think about them more. My favorite characters was XL and TSJ. In real relationships, I prefer someone like TSJ more and I think DW really portrait that character well but some people... you know...

For XL, I always thought he is the guilty one that not made him end game. It wasn't XY's fault that she didn't find out about XL's real feeling and what he really did for her. As watchers we understand his feeling but how could she know about it? Maybe if he was straightforward, He would have chance...

Sometimes I thought he never thought as himself of someone who deserve XY's love and affection. So he made FBB but he fail again. He sew how sincere is TXJ's feelings toward XY. So he wanted to help them to be together in the end of novel and gave up his own feeling.

I just felt really lonely so I wanted to talk about it here with you.
In my country cdrama's not really welcomed yet but fortunately last year had a lot of interesting and good dramas to watch so basically there is more people who are into cdrama right now.
Anyway...
It's been 6 years I'm a cdramer and naturally there is a lot of actors that I like their acting etc...
But among them there is 3 actors that I adore them as my little boys that I discovered their acting skills before their success time. Tan Jian Ci, Deng Wei and Chen ZheYuan. It's like finding gem that no one have discovered before and it felt really good. If I say I kinda have motherhood(?) or big sister like emotion for them is gonna be strange but it's what I truly feel about them.
As I said before, this drama was so challenging for me. other than the big pain I had for both of my boys, The most painful thing was read comments about them. I liked both of them and my boys were perfect in their roles but the comments in my country was annoying.
If I said good thing about my Jian ci and his perfect acting skills end how much I love deepness of his character, people would agree with me and say you are right, But whenever I talked about Deng wei they treated me as some crazy fan girl who is obsessed with her Idols look.
I can understand why some people didn't like his acting. when you fell really hard into one character, Their rival make you feel bad. Your thought of him is going to be negative. some people could even have some hateful feelings about that character. I had this kind of feeling for LXY in LAR too but as actor I really like his works. (I'm not comparing experienced actor as LXY with DW. DW is still newbie. This is Just example).
It's just feel so bad that some people say he just have looks but nothing more, He act like statue etc. I know everyone have their right to talk about their opinion but I feel bad and some time my heart aches for him. He is introvert, he doesn't talk much and he is not good in making jokes and being funny like my two other boys. Some people say he is boring and you can't understand how much hateful comments they write for him. Even I remember one time in some telegram group, people were praying some bad thing happen to him or some scandal comes that made him leave this environment completely.
I can't understand why there is so much hate cus of character of some drama. For his acting skills, I can't force anyone to change their opinion but give him a chance to show himself in different kind of characters or watch him in his previous roles. The one that made me to like him was sassy beauty and his first role in miss the dragon was impressive as well.
I just wanted to talk about it in somewhere. I'm not talkative person and always watched my dramas quietly here. this page always made me warm inside and I always came and read your comments. So, As an unknown friend, I wanted to talk with you.
And sorry for my bad English if I write some thing incorrect or didn't say what I really meant and made you misunderstand me.

I don't think so. It's still filming and needs a lot of CGI that they need to work on it too. If we are lucky enough, I think they are going to release it in Q1 of 2025.

In Ep34, When NYZ and RY were talking in front of cave, LTG said he can't disturb them anymore cus he stabbed his master and now he thinks he doesn't deserve her. So, basically he gave up on his feeling for her in ep 34 and wanted to protect her from behinds. Then we have forcing wedding scene in ep37... It was so much out of nowhere, out of the story-line and their characters. It was like director or writer wanted to crate some dramatic wedding scene for both couples but he didn't know how to made it and ruined story...
There is so much bugs in this last eps that it fell like someone else wrote the last 6 eps story...

I don't Know why but I have good feeling about this drama. There is no romance tag and it would be interesting to see non romance revenge story which Ml is the storie's villain. FL and him are in tough hate and hate relationship. Scheming and resolving problems with killing chemistry that make you feel so wrong to ship this two... Please tell me my guess is true....
Also I love to see DW in more black and grey characters. It suit him so well...

I don't think JXN really loved JJ. Her love toward him mostly fell like admiration. She was like, people around me including myself is scheming and he is the only person that don't play in dirty ways and always do right things. So, she like this character of him but if she really loved him, then why when JJ tell her about YL exile to other city and the one who did this was XW she was making excuse to tell JJ that he is wrong and XW is actually good guy? She was defending XW in front of someone she thought of being in love with him but it really was love, why she had more of her trust in XW than JJ?

No matter what, She always trust XW and his plans. She always knew that Xw is going to help her and she can trust him. She wasn't scared at him at all. first of the story yes but after knowing him, she even laughed and tell him stories about what she have in class. In YL birthday ceremony most of the time her attention was toward XW. She always payed attention toward how XW think, his moves and plans. There was no need for XW to tell her about her small plans. Just glance and she know what to do and say.

I like it how she always act as herself in front of XW. In front of JJ she always act as someone that can make JJ fall for her. It was too fake for me. I know when you love someone you want to show your best self to him or her. But all of this is really fake. If you realy love someone, no matter how much Shortage he or she have, you love him or her the way she or he is. She was just trying to make this fake feeling and I think other than her main reason to break up with him, her other reason was her exhaustion from all this faking to be his ideal woman.

I don't know if I understand it alright or not but here is my thoughts about the drama's romance:

Jian ci is kinda masochism😁 (not in real life just by choosing his scripts) and love to challenge himself with characters whom have a painful backstory. He even said he likes sad endings and it's not unexpected to see him in this kind of drama and suffer with the characters along side 🥲...

Hope you never experience something like that...

hidden love? It's modern Rom-Com but Ml is quiet flirty🤭

Watching this drama was really hard for me. I suffered a lot of pain and my heart ached so much for my poor Xiang Liu. The hardest thing for me was watching and reading about how other people make different kind of teams and talking about my two little boys T-T
DW ans TJC are my favorite baobeis that I like them before than their shining in LYF. Just put yourself in my shoes. I was happy I can see my two boys in one screen but this was too painful to watch their suffering. One scene my heart shattered cus of Xiang Liu, The other scene fell butterflies in my stomach cus of yaojing scenes.
God... This is really hard when you watch a drama that both of the love rivals are your favorite actors...

I read a bit about the story and it is boring as hell!
A kind noble girl being poisoned by her big sister in her wedding day and get back at time to get her revenge...
I had enough of this kind of transmigration stories and I don't think he is going to start another drama after finishing his current drama after just few weeks.

I really like him and he is one of my favorite actors. Whenever he plays I'm going to watch but this one is no-no for me. The one with Reba is have great plot and story line. Hope he choose best one...

Sorry if i couldn't describe well what I actually meant. Let me say it correctly, DW as new actor is really talented and have bright future. It's been 2 or 3 years that he become actor and he is really doing well. The actors you mentioned their name are worked more than 10 years in this industry and have a lot of experience in this field. I like him not cus of his looks. I watched more than 400 Asian drama and I'm really impressed when I watched him in sassy beauty for first time. I thought he is not educated as professional actor or didn't have so much experience but how come he can play this good as newcomer of this industry? show his whole emotions with his eyes and become character itself?
Yes, still he need more project to do but as newbie he is really good actor. I apologize again if I offended you in some way. Let's wait and watch this drama together. Then I hope you will found of his acting skills as well.
