Count me in for Fashion Runway, The Heist, and The Spies. Could this be crowd-funded and written? I totally understood when you said that some writers who do Kdramas as a profession should try harder. I have taken a lot of script writing and creative writing class. So I'm honestly quite confused on why some dramas feel like could find an appropriate ending or they have as many plot holes as swiss cheese.
I agree with your two primary wants in a drama, pretty and funny. I would suggest Touch Your Heart. You clearly want to watch it but still seem apprehensive. It's not Goblin, but it is a good story if you can change your expectations. I've also seen the liar and his lover. From my perspective, it was not funny but only cringe-worthy. It is a coming of age drama, so keep that in mind when the main leads make decisions that make so sense in the long run. I would keep the Crowned Clown for when you want some good ol' fashion drama. My Absolute Boyfriend to me, the show was one of the biggest letdowns of the year. If you loved Hotel De Luna, especially Yeo Jin Goo, characters save yourself the pain of watching it and move on to better things. Lastly, the Heirs, my only advice, "stop while you're ahead!" It is a good drama for its time in the early 2000s. But so much has happened since then as well as the change in acting styles for everyone involved. I highly suggest picking something else if the only reason you are watching it is for Park Hyung Shik. Plus, he has such a bit role in the end that it's not really much to watch. I would suggest other dramas like Suits, Strong Woman, or Juror 8 if you like him. I hope this helps.
