Oh dear, don't overthink it. This a TV drama everyone will watch and enjoy the type of shows they like. But yeah most people, especially C-drama fans and MDL users, prefer romantic shows over those that focus on real-life stories, friendship, and family with less romance, but i was waiting for this drama for a long time too😭, when it drops i will focus on it💃
I like the fl and ml chemistry together and the way their relationship is developing, i just didn't like the second cp quick relationship, i wished they started with another way
It is very enjoyable and entertaining, and I find that the chemistry is very good. You can feel their chemistry just through their looks at each other. For those who have an issue with the age gap, please consider that this is part of the story, and there is supposed to be an age difference, hope it continues to be entertaining to the last.
I really enjoyed this drama a lot. Bai Lu is truly my favorite actress—I know her techniques and abilities well, yet with every new role, she never fails to amaze me by adding something fresh to her acting and improving in every performance. As a fan, I’m completely satisfied with her outstanding performance, and I’m definitely looking forward to her upcoming roles, confident that she will shine once again.
The acting from all the cast was also great, the directing was good, and the cinematography was absolutely stunning—it perfectly matches my personal taste, making it one of the best visual work in this genre so far. The costumes were elegant and beautiful, and I really loved the makeup style—it was very fitting, especially for Bai Lu, who looked absolutely gorgeous in those outfits and makeup.
I feel sorry that they cut so many of her fight scenes. She would return from filming covered in bruises, yet they cold-heartedly removed her scenes, wasting all her effort. If only I could get my hands on the exploitative production team that missed the chance to show Bai shuo in her true form—stronger and more of a fighter. But alas, it’s too late now.
