Enjoying this drama so far. I'm so glad she stood up to that bully. He definitely needed to be put in his place and the Nurse ticked me off. Dude, just tell them she's your daughter. What the heck? What is with all the selfish parents? Gah!!! Miss Maeng, you can do better. He's not for you, girl. Move on. Go for the student teacher....lol. So, I was just thinking that Director Ji is the reason why YJW's father went bankrupt and I'm wondering if he had something to do with YJW's parents' deaths as well. I wouldn't be surprised if he was. BTW, I love how SJW's mother manhandled her husband. She needs to do that more often. The jerk deserves it. Their convo on the rooftop had me in tears. He was so sweet telling her it was okay to retreat and run if she wanted it to. For him it didn't matter. Ah, these two are so cute. Love em.
No, I feel something is off with him as well. Did you see the way he was looking at her while they were talking…
I don't think he's the villain either, but the fact that he knows what that ring looks like is making question who he is and how he knows about the ring? Did the grandfather come to the orphanage looking for a replacement Sa Eon before going to the fisherman? The plot is thickening.
If you watch the episode, you'll see that the cliff isn't a sheer cliff. There's no sheer drop off. It looks like…
If you recall from the episode, the culprit saw an opportunity and took it. This was not planned. He sent the msg to the kidnapper that there was a change of plans and that it was D-Day as in, they were pushing the time frame for taking Hee Joo's life. In episode 7 he wanted her to die, but she didn't. Now they have to back track and formulate a new plan.
OMG, I was in tears when they were talking after he got her out of Sang Woo's car. The fear in her voice of losing him. And the way she practically ran to his room after she woke up from the bad dream. She's scared to lose him now as well. I love how close they're becoming with each other. My heart can't take much more and how freaking adorable was the scene in the elevator when they were signing to each other. Ahhhh!! It was so cute!! So the fake Sa Eon witnessed the attempted murder of the real Sa Eon by his grandfather cause that's who that was. That was Paik Sa Eon's grandfather. Dude, Sa Eon's family is so freaking messed up and I'm happy that Hee Joo took the information that In Ah gave her in stride. I really love these two!! And another thing.....When and how did Sang Woo find out she could talk???? 😶
I love Ji Sang U and the way he cares about her, but he gives off some psychopathic vibes, something about him…
No, I feel something is off with him as well. Did you see the way he was looking at her while they were talking in his car? He was giving off "I'm not happy, right now." vibes. The way he was looking at her and talking to her, he's never done that before.
I'm so addicted I've been building theories and explanations in my head ... can anyone explain to me please how…
If you watch the episode, you'll see that the cliff isn't a sheer cliff. There's no sheer drop off. It looks like it alternates between a slant and sheer face all the way down. There's jutting pieces of land under each other. I'd say it was more of a fall/ rolling type of thing for her. He also said she hit a tree on the way down which would've broken the momentum of her fall as well. So she would've partially fallen and partially rolled depending on where she landed on her way down. That's how she could've survived and it's not unheard of for people to fall from cliffs and survive. I've seen many rescue videos that have shown this.
Can I just say that whole scene where he was teasing HHJ on the phone while she was talking to him as 406 had me dying of laughter? The man was enjoying that waaaay too much! When he asked her what she was wearing, I choked on my iced tea.....😂 BTW, am I the only one who kept rewatching all their scenes together? I couldn't help it. I'm so in love with these two as a couple that when I see them together I just have to rewatch their scenes. On a serious note, I know some people think In-A is out to get HHJ, but I don't think that's the case. The look she was giving HHJ when she saw her with BSE that night was a look of concern. Not jealousy and not anger. She was genuinely confused when HHJ's mom asked her what she was talking about when she pointed out that HHJ's mom had the information about BSE delivered to her office. She has no clue who sent it now that HHJ's mom has denied it. She's not in on this. She's a unwitting pawn and from what they showed, the step siblings seemed to have gotten along with each other before the accident. But In-A's explanation to HHJ about their relationship as kids after the accident confirmed what I suspected about In-A's feelings towards HHJ. It was a dependency on HHJ. As twisted as it sounds, she needed HHJ. In one of the episodes, they mentioned that In-A never got close to anyone and only allowed HHJ in her circle. Nobody else. In a way, HHJ was her safe space. A very dark and twisted safe space, but a safe space because they shared a mutual pain.
OMG, when does this one come out? Dai Gao Zheng and Cheng Yu Feng are in this one together?! I sooooo wanna watch this. I love both of these guys. Their acting is off the charts! And to see them acting together?! I'm so excited! And Melody Tang too!!! I loved her in Everyone Loves Me and I loved her in The Story of Kunning Palace as well. All three of them in one drama...ahhhh!!! So happy to see Melody Tang get a leading role. It's well deserved. That girl can act!
FINALLY, Ji Hye was outed!!! It's about time. Now that the ML knows about her tricks, I hope the FL figures it out as well. Ji Hye doesn't deserve a friend like the FL. She's a horrible person and I hope the ML doesn't back down from his father. From what I've seen so far he's not going to and if anything it looks like he's trying to end the family feud. I hope he does. Seok Ji Won, fighting!!
what If Park Do Jae and the kidnapper are the twins From the orphanage?
I was thinking Baek Sa Eon is the twin with Park Do Jae. The reason is because in one of the episodes, they say that Park Do Jae is like a mini-me of Baek Sa Eon. Also, he acts so much like Baek Sa Eon. Just a thought for me. I think the kidnapper is the abandoned Baek Sa Eon. We'll find out soon enough though.
Dude, Sa Eon is making me bawl my eyes out for the last two episodes with all the things he's doing for and to Hee Joo and all the things he's saying to her. Ah, this is killing me emotionally. I love it though.
Forgot to mention in my earlier post that the vibe I get from In Ah is weird. Is she really deaf or reduced hearing? Cause it seemed like she heard the lady at the store talking to her. I can't nail her down. The reactions she's having to seeing them together and the unanswered text isn't giving anything away. And the way they described her relationship to Hee Joo seems like there's a dependency there that she never wanted to give up. I don't know how to feel about her. This is getting quite fascinating.
Anyone else start crying at the beginning of the episode at how much he took care of her and stuck up for her even though he was mad at her? I seriously bawled my eyes out when he stopped her on the roof and put her jacket back on her even though he was so upset with her. Then the panic as he thought she was in danger. And for once, the married MC asks a married side character for advice about his marriage instead of going to a single a friend who has no clue and gives them bad advice! I love this drama!!! I seriously can't get enough of these two.
Aaaaah, Cha Ji Hye is ticking me off. She's so despicable! Seriously, girl, it's been ten years! If he hasn't developed any feelings for you by now, it's not going to happen. Just give it up! Even the universe is saying those two are meant to be. The bloody tree blossomed and a five petaled flower landed on his palm. On a side note, the fact that SFL is making me despise her is a testament to just how well the actress played her role. You know they're good when you get so into the character that it draws out emotions from you. Everyone did such a great job in this drama.
I wouldn't mind a season 2 of this show. And in that season, they could focus a little more on the romance cause the two MLs have a great chemistry. I'm okay with them leaving the romance for the last part of the show because it would've been weird for them to put it in during the show considering how he had not moved passed his love for Hye Jin and had not been able to let her go. All in all, I enjoyed it.
Wonder what the synopsis is. Either way, I will be watching as the two MLs are two of my fave male actors and seeing them together in a drama is going to be a treat for me.
