It's good to see people out there that has a similar thought to mine. Everywhere I go people just like talking…
thank you for this reply, you worded it beautifully!! im glad people can see these characters beyond "shasha manipulative, gorya victim" bc that's such a narrow way to interpret their dynamic. im also glad more people are getting to know milklove as a pairing, i definitely recommend zero photography, 23.5, and whale store if you want to see more of them (and of course their upcoming series ditto, that will also be amazing for sure)
a little bit of a rant: why on earth would si kiss klao while she is unconcious and drunk? when literally the episode starts with si mad a klao for kissing her without consent? i was glad initially glad that the series called out klao's behavior, just for si to go ahead and do the same thing without repercussion. it's so out of character for both of then, bc most of the time klao is caring and considerate, she really doesn't seem like someone who would take advantage of si in any way, and are also staring to see si open up her heart to klao. its not just about the kisses either, but also klao peeping at si while shes in the shower, grabbing her boobs when theyre riding the bike, and that scene where si is asleep at the car seat (all of which would not really be problems if the characters were already in a relationship, but it just feels off in the beggining of the series when theyre still getting to know each other). the kiss and intimate scene at the end of the episode 4 were so well done, their expressions and body language clearing showing how much they want each other, establishing consent without them necessarily having to verbalize it. and that should have been their first kiss, the team obviously knows how to make it right. anyway, im really enjoying all the other aspects if the series, lmsy are amazing as always, the character development js interesting, the comedy is really funny, i love the scenes with the animals. just wish the stuff i mentioned was less prevalent in thai gl, specially the ones made by change.
about the shasha cheating on gorya discourse, here's my two cents: every single time shasha tried to tell gorya that she wanted them to be a thing, gorya shut it down immediately. the audience knows that gorya is starting to feel something for shasha, but shasha herself doesn't know. for how long does shasha have to be loyal to someone who has expressed countless times that she doesn't want her? and would it be fair of gorya to expect shasha's loyalty, while she still kinda has feelings for prim? on the other hand, we also understand gorya's side of things. she's been hurt before (by her ex that cheated on her, and by prim who couldn't reciprocate her feelings), she's just trying to protect herself from yet another heartbreak, without realizing that shes actually breaking her own heart in the process. milklove are known for their cute, feel good romance series, which i also love. but girl rules is just not that, it never pretended to be that. and it is refreshing to see gl characters being allowed to have flaws and make mistakes and learn and grow. and this is why shashagorya are my absolute favorite couple and my favorite characters in the series!!!! the fact that theyre both broken in their own ways makes their dynamic so interesting and different from most of the other gls ive watched. i love them i love milklove and i cant wait to see where their story goes
Oh god no Prim going after Gorya is a NOOOGorya will be so hurt, she's not like them, she can't play games. She…
i get that, but it could also be an opportunity for gorya to realize that she loved the idea of getting together with prim more than prim herself, and what she's starting to feel for shasha is a lot more genuine. might be what she needs to finally move on, in a way
im here for the cheating in this, give me drama!! but if it actually happens, i hope prim enters her villain era as well, i want toxicity on all sides. perfect opportunity for her to go after gorya. it would be quite boring if the storyline is just bambi cheating and prim forgiving her. cmon jojo, i trust you
