I think of Toh as more of a plot device than fleshed out character, especially in the earlier episodes. There has to be a "Toh" for the story to progress the way they wanted, so I just don't question there being a "Toh". In later episodes, Toh gets a bit more depth and becomes a little more likeable/relatable for me. But I wouldn't expect someone doing a complete 180 on their opinion of Toh based off just that.
In my opinion, he's been pretending too much so far, be it in front of Porsche, Tawan, or Pete. I want to see what's underneath (though his evil plan relevation was hella underwhelming imo)
It still works better than before the re-design (at least it doesn't crash for me), but they can still make it more usable 🙏
