You can loose your memories repeatedly it happens and from what I saw he lost his memories due to traumatic and emotional shock one as an adult and one as a child that can be beliveable but to recover so easily especially from shock is a little much but this is a drama

People can actually loose their memory from emotional shock its not uncommon
