It was indeed funny watching YQ continually brush off YT's touch and pushing her away in the first few episodes. Upon rewatch... it's doubly amusing because now I know after EP 26+ they hold hands and embrace one another any chance they get! :D

I love how the drama reintroduces bits and pieces of the past. Even the little things like YT's names for General Guang Tian in this episode. :)

There's an interview snippet where LLD and CXX responds to this particular scenario.

LLD states... YT would've married Wudai and killed off CF. She'd then ascend the throne and become a tyrant. :D
CXX asks LLD... Become a tyrant and fight against the world? Fight against me (YQ)? Do you think you can defeat me? I think you cannot. Not after I've achieved the Perfect Celestial Body.
LLD casually states... Without me (YT) you'd be dead after fixing Guixu.
CXX admits defeat... Then why get married? I might as well be dead!

So... YQ is pretty much nothing without YT? lol
