That is so wrong of him if he did this. What is going on is a crisis and him taking advantage of that is so bad.…
I can appreciate the little brat did it for a "good" reason (his Father) compared to he did it out of pure greed but... aish I'm seething a little over this one still.
That's messed up....Also, 8-10 years in jail!?? I'm curious to see the outcome.
It is fraud and theft as well as taking severe advantage of the situation. Fraud is commonly treated with 8-10 around Asia with a 10 year statue of limitations in most places also If he's found innocent I'd be surprised tbth
Wahh, I can see why they would push a lot of things back and avoid crowded places. Sad about the push backs but…
I'm kinda down about it because i was looking forward to Suk Suk and Beyond the Dream, and the awards, but yes, I'm glad everyone is being safe and such. I can't imagine it's a very profitable time to release either ><
I think right now it's less "addressing" it and that they want to share these things with fans. The past few I've…
Oh I meant their racism towards others but yeah that sucks a lot rn. It's horrific. Even Asians in my country won't wear facemasks to avoid drawing attention ot themselves

Ah no I meant as a society haha. They did start and such before but I would say the progress has been made more recently. They started the inital fight a while back but its only really been recently that they actually started making more progess, if that makes sense?

They've shown some progression before that but in the past 3 or so years, they've become a lot more accepting of other races, their racism as a country has stopped, they've become more trans and lgbt+ accepting including mass dramas including lgbt content not as a political point but just as a character, they've actively been dealing with bullying of idols, etc. Ofc these issues are still there in degrees and it's an ongoing fight but in the 3 years, that's a hella lot to start tackling

Mhm. We also have to remember South Korea is a very young country, it's only been it's own country for 70 years free of other rule and then went straight into a constant war with the North and was then on constant "are they going to invade???" for quite a while so Korea also hasn't really had time to adapt fully as it's own country. We're seeing mass progression very quickly over recent years because they can finally relax and focus on themselves.

Honestly, I find the Western fans are worse. One person says something so 20 western fans hop onto them and start chewing them out, spread some racist stuff then all the Asian (in this instance, Korean) fans get mad and then they start spouting off which the Western fans tend to "oh i did nothing wrong and look how I'm being treated!!!!!". Been watching this for three years now and this is 80% of the time how it always goes down. We need to remember we're guests in the Asian culture

Mm, things in fandom have definitely been calming down now (I spend a lot of time in korean twitter and honestly they're not as "rabid" as half of people would tell you, it's just the odd few) so I think it's just a growth point now of they're comfortable to tell us when they feel things are solid with them and their partner Also in the West things are bit more calm. We don't have the view of "if you're dating you're not thinking about your career/working hard" (which is where the Korean view often comes from, especially for rookies), we have an entirely different culture about it so it's not really "news" for us as much as it is for Korea and some other places in Asia
The fact that they even have to address this is mind blowing. It's his life. I don't understand how fans think…
I think right now it's less "addressing" it and that they want to share these things with fans. The past few I've done have seemed more on the actor/idol's terms than "a reporter is sniffing around you need to discuss this NOW"; I think we've reached a point where they're comfortable to share these happy news pieces with us
Actually, all drugs are addictive, including weed. Addiction comes from not the physical elements of the drug (majority of the time) but the person's reliance on the drug. It's a mental addiction, a need to have them because life is better when you're on them, or it makes life easier to handle, or it makes things less stressful for the time of the high. It's about mental dependency; that's how addiction forms.
You're so welcome lil angel ♥

Thank you bby, you're welcome!
