ok i also noticed you are more of a kdrama fan,lol sorry to say this but kdrama fans really shouldn't watch cdramas, they…
I'm a kdrama girly, but I like cdramas because of their long length tbh, haha. Its ok if OP is disappointed with the drama, thats her opinion. Doesn't change anything.
Miao Jing is completely and exclusively in love with Chen Yi. Her past relationships were a result of her trauma…
I get what you want and I think you will be satisfied with the equality here. I found this drama where both are kind of chasing the other. He chases in his own way - his love language is acts of service (saving her life and providing for her). I actually didn't find her having an ex meant she loved him any less (he told her to leave and never show her face to him again). If anything I prefer when people try to move on but are not able to do so, it’s healthier and realistic. When she comes back - she's the more vocally and in her actions the dominant one pursuing him (just like @jason_17_ said below). Some of their kisses are her pushing for it, I don't know how this actress was before this drama - but I found her physical affection/touching him confidently/naturally so nice to see. He holds back for her safety and wanting better for her, but she makes him see that he should treat her as an adult and not made of glass, she in turn saves his life too. Even as kids she had his back, so yea I do find her caring, devoted and protective. Both are overcoming so much trauma through it all.
Just binged this in the last few days. Holy moly. Same age cast pairing. Chemistry is off the charts for me! This is my second drama of the ML and it’s even better than that one. He seems pretty immersed and natural in this role, the dialogue is better, no cringe and he looks really good here too. Great acting! First time seeing this FL and she’s insanely gorgeous, love her. And such a good actress. It was so good to see the changes in her character before and after the 6 yr leap. Anyways this left me with feels like what 'the first frost' was for me last year.
They are not siblings. This is the only website where the synopsis says that. And I franckly dont know why. They…
I just saw edits and wanted to watch it, but synopsis here confused me, it says "death of their father", so I was like, what, they share an adopted father or what?
Namuwiki says it’s a 12 episode drama. So that’s much better than it getting dragged out to 16 episodes. And less potential of the writer adding a crazy plot twist at the end. So praying the writing sticks.
I’m pretty they will cast a rookie actress, as the trend has been lately. We keep seeing rookies with experienced artists and not similar experience/aged pairings. It’s so rare.
