Maybe all that Master Lee means is in terms of fitness level, Naksu is bigger and tougher, you saw her try to climb the bridge, if she regains her memory it will be like going into overdrive.
So maybe she just needs to prep her body and mind to support the eventual assassin alter ego and to learn to coexist. 😩🤷‍♀️

Whilst one particular scene I thought he crossed the line, of him truly being a jerk. But I do think that's the last of that behaviour, hopefully not in the next episodes. They really need to unearth more of her powers so the transition to assassin mode won't be too sudden as well. Nobody even mentioned the powers she probably used, when the Jang residence was all hot.
