I don't mind knowing. As of now, we know both girls are related -- cousins to be exact. And it turns out there was switching happening during the lantern festival. And Jundai is actually her aunt's illegitimate daughter.

That makes sense. I wasn't far off then, because I am still guessing both girls must be related. And I just finished ep 12, so yeah, the parents were twins.

I have some theories.
1. I think both girls may be born twins.
2. Either both Wei's granddaughters or neither.
3. The remains were in the container hidden in the Wei's first Madame's maid's room, probably someone who knew the real story
4. If both girls were born twins and lowborn, the one died probably the real We Rao.
5. Or... they're both Wei's; one was given away, and the maid in charge was killed (the remains)

Exactly my thought! Especially about Scholar Han frozen to death. I was thinking his death signifies the definite right choice for Lan Xiang to marry was Lin Jinqi. Otherwise there will always be the missing opportunity because Scholar Han himself turns out to be someone important in government. It would take away the only right choice, which was Lin Jinqi.

Kill Me Love Me was my first LXY. I was so impressed with his acting and beautiful face. and then I started watching the rest of his drama. In this drama Against The Current, I love that he is reunited with Zheng Hehuizi, although she played villain here, but I love their short pairings in In Blossom.
I watched cdramas from Netflix and iQIYI, the rest I looked up on Kisskh website.

My beautiful Liu Xueyi, we have the same birthdate {hearts}. Congratulations for the amazing performance in the drama Againts The Current.

This is a phenomenal drama with superb writing and directing, as well as acting and editing. It was beautifully written, with subtle but deep meaning about feelings, acknowledgement, understanding and compromise among family members, beyond blood relation.

I am happy and sad for the ending. The final episode was written in a way that made the viewers miss them already... like 'Farewell is sad, but you're happy because all is well, yet you missed them dearly.'

And not to mention what a beautiful OST. Each song takes your emotions and feelings to the right place where they want you.

Last but not least, I love Liu Xueyi, always has been and always will be. I think he is the first ML I fell in love with since Murong Jinghe. He has a beautiful smile and eyes. and that sweet dimple is to die for!
