But what's the issue? Please be more specific. At the top you have dates for calendar (10.03 - 16.03) . And then 3 rows with networks, how eps are scheduled (CCTV; IQiyi and Dragon, the last network will air it from 1st ep at 15th). And that's all. So for example if you check, on CCTV on 12th you have eps 13-14 and on IQiyi, eps 15-16. And on the page you have always added the "faster" schedule, so the 15-16 one.
