Can someone explain to me why I shouldn't be annoyed af at that abrupt, messed-up, inconclusive ending? Felt like…
firstly what happened in the film has nothing to do with keita machida he is casted for these roles because he was willing to do them he can’t change how his character acts or is meant to be perceived, as it’s not his job. i don’t think he’d be accepting offers or going to castings for these types of movies if he was uncomfortable in these roles and as someone who has watched cherry magic and has been in the bl community a while no one else seems to have an issue with it. cherry magic isn’t meant to be pg it had more of a comedic i vibe and i and many others think he played the role very well. if there’s not kiss scene it’s not likely it’s because of the actors it will be because it’s not in the script. however i think your completely wrong about 10 dance. i don’t think he’d was holding back at all. i think there was a lot of tension and he acted in his role insanely well. i’m not sure if you can tell but his character is meant to be a lot more conservative than ryomas character and even so i think the kiss scenes were very in depth and emotional. ryoma and keita seemed to have known each other a while and they have both performed in other films/ series incredibly. i’m not sure what you expected from this but the casting was perfect it just seems you have a grudge against keita for some reason… we each have our opinions but the ending was very crucial i don’t know if you identify as queer yourself but it’s very understanding to see an ending like that as it is a lot more relatable. relationships aren’t often easy especially a queer one and people face challenges and difficulties along the way. at the beginning we saw shinya was quite an assertive character who didn’t like to listen to others and never had even thought about being with a man but we saw him grow throughout the film realising it’s okay to be reliant on other people and he doesn’t always have to but up this facade. with keitas character it was different. his character was very adamant on winning and it was one of his main concerns. after things that had happened in his past we saw that he didn’t seem to trust the idea of love and was deluded in this idea of only wanting to win. later in the movie we see his realisation that for a sport to be played well it often involves love wether it’s for the sport or someone else who gives you a reason to keep going. especially when he’d been in the sport for so long. they both had very good character development and though the ending was a bit of an open ending i think it was a lot more positive than it could of been. but sadly not everything in life is butterflies and rainbows.
genuinely one of the best movies i’ve ever seen. firstly i can’t imagine how long the training took but the dancing was truly beautiful. secondly the casting was impeccable it was perfect truly perfect i believe they were the best ones for the role and acted so so well. thirdly oh my god their chemistry the acting was insane the tension???!!! i could feel it through my screen. i was frozen it was so insane their chemistry is on another level and the plot and storyline was able to portray it so well. lastly as a student who works behind the scenes in media i hugely appreciated the work that went into this film the cinematography, the colouring, the camera angles and the way they helped telling the story oh it was so so perfect i hope everyone involved in this film is truly proud of themselves it was incredible
i have so many emotions watching this drama. i think it’s a very very realistic eye opener to what is happening in places in the world. some scenes i had to pause because it’s truly been acted so well but i think this has really opened my eyes more since i don’t really see this sad reality spoken about a lot. the acting is phenomenal and im really enjoying this series. its so beautifully created and by far one of the best things ive ever watched
i had so many theories last ep but like now i kinda have nothing to say. like fuck them all really i can see from a point of view as in phee didn’t think this would happen. he came to revenge and find out what happened to his bf not kill them all so i can kinda see his worry but at the same time fuck him cuz why did he do that 😭😭 jin to oh my fucking god maybe i had hope he’d atleast keep his mouth shut. i literally think they’ll all die i mean idek what to think anymore. i know i shouldn’t but im still abit uncertain about phee and jin because tell me why jin was smiling when phee was explaining what he was doing like BRO WAS FULLY SMILING like why do i feel like he knows something. though then again he is really just the stupid person ever. again with phee tell me why bro had a mini hissy fit then was fine after finding out what jin did to non. i would of been dragging him back along the floor nevermind supporting his shoulder “ ill be the one to protect you” idk why didn’t he react. i really wish phee actually wanted revenge and didn’t just give in to jin. but here we are fuck him too i guess. i literally can’t tell what gonna happen. i feel like white could be in it with tan because let’s be fr tan isn’t stupid he knew phee was gonna fall for jin so maybe he had a backup person idk. also random part but why is there so much to do with shoulders like jin would always pat nons shoulder when making these empty promises and then jins shoulder got dislocated and then in that scene with phee and jin last ep phee was like “i wont do it until i dislocate your shoulde something like that idk its so odd. tan bless his heart literally idec how some of y’all are saying hes crazy i would be too if someone did that to my sibling.back to jin and phee genuinely i can’t like jin i cant with him he was literally the biggest contributor to nons breakdown idec he constantly made these empty promises and sat there’s watching him being bullied then dared to post the vid of him being groomed cuz he was jealous like what the actual. at first i kinda felt bad for phee because i thought yes he was with jin but he thought that non had cheated so in his head he was only still trying for non BUT FUCK THAT bro literally ruined everything like i wish this man could have a redemption arc but there’s no saving cuz like what on earth him falling for jin might just be the biggest betrayal and if anyone’s gonna kill him it will be tan.ANYWAY THE ACTING IS SO GOOD like literally the cast is insane they did so well. BRO MIO aswell like he literally was making expressions ive never seen before HES SO GOOD AT POTRAYING EMOTIONS FOR HIS CHARACTER .anyway i hope phee isn’t stupid ( im hanging on with the last thread of hope) 🙏🙏 jin is there’s no turning back for him xx and in the end i hope non and new move to america or something and start a happy new life
I told y'all Jin posted that video and did that shit out of spite but something still doesn't add up about the…
i thought this like he reacted but then just let it go like i would of been dragging him across the floor nevermind “i’ll protect you till the end” it’s deffo very odd
