I find it weird that a couple who have so few scenes together are more popular than the main couple whose romance has been building since Episode 1, is superb and has an interesting romance theme (an enemy general who falls in love of the runaway Tang princess). But maybe the romantic theme of the sweet princess and the cool-tempered guard having little interaction arouses more fantasy for some viewers.

In Episode 1, she writes a letter after overhearing her husband's plot. Now that we know that she was in love with Li Shimin, is it said that she warned her former lover of the plot? Reason why she would have committed suicide afterwards, because she caused the ruin of her house and the death of her daughter's father.

I just found this video. We see several footages of the last part of the drama in relation to the story of Leyan and Hao Du.

I was also afraid that this would be the end but after reflection I wonder if this is not a promo spot more than a real scene from the drama.
The Eagle Division will probably be dismantled and Ashile Sun never wore a mask except during the Battle of Shouzhou (and that was only so Changge wouldn't recognize him). It wouldn't really make sense for him to postpone his Tegin outfit and the mask at the very end of the drama.
