I think Vegas hasn’t actually ever had a natural sub before. He’s probably had partners that agreed to some basic shit and then bounced away when it would get too freaky.

Then when he's pressed down in the mattress Pete is the one who initiates the bondagd and you can see how much this means to Vegas by the way he kisses Pete’s hands and puts them so gently above his head.
And although his legs are in chains, Vegas does not initiate any pain play, and I think this is because Vegas may not know a lot about bdsm etiquette because he's always used force but with this being Pete's first time it would be too much for him, he didn't want him to get scared away of something he started.
