Like I said previously, their story is moving faster than the speed light but their dynamic somehow stays the same. Vegas's soul is crafted with so much violence. He has thorns all over, he is dangerous to the touch and Pete is willing to take the pain unlike everyone else who had this fear of an unruly demise. Pete embraces the rough edges of vegas, he let's himself be an outlet for escape. These two characters are too complex to decipher. Pete feels connected to Vegas because of his own childhood, they are bonding over their trauma and Vegas is reticent to connect with him. Both Vegas and Pete caved in irrevocably but the redemption arc isn't even nearly as satisfying as it should be. We witness Vegas use Pete's body as a catalyst and vice versa but we haven't seen too much of their romantic attachments because there were too many time skips, I hope they make up for it somehow because I'd like to see the brighter side of it as well. I'm not even gone comment on the Porsche situation because his entire development is going down hill, he became so self centered that it's getting upsetting for me to watch, he threw his best friend in the arms of his abuser and I'll never forgive him for that

Oh yes for sure, I don't want them to be replaced because Im deeply attached to barcode's acting by now but im just saying that if they planned to abide by the Western culture then they should have just casted someone over 18 instead of robbing us from so many scenes

This is an unpopular opinion so please don't attack me for it, it's just my perspective on it.

I'll start by saying that barcode's acting is phenomenal, he carries the emotional narrative so well and although it's his first role he is top notch in every scene, he sends me into a spirals of emotions each time he is on my screen and I'm truly proud of him HOWEVER considering that there will most likely not be a kiss between kimchay due to his age is rubbing me the wrong way because I think they should have casted someone else if it came down to it, there are many talented actors out there as he is but who are old enough to handle certain scenes although I believe this isn't because of barcode's level of comfort, I think that even though Thailand abides by their laws, they were most likely concerned for the international fans that's why they exclude any intimate scenes between them and it's upsetting because they shouldn't focus on satisfying western culture so much if that's what they are trying to do. Anyway this is just my opinion, barcode is amazing and I love him but I think kimchay fan's deserve to see more and I hope season 2 will provide us with that.
