1. Offspring of incestuous parents are more likely to have congenital defects, of course this can be debated but it all comes to the immorality of reproducing in a manner whereby you create a risk that the child will be sickly or deformed. I know this is a gay show but if you agree to incest within a homosexual couple then I know you do for hetero people as well.
2. Many incestuous relationships are not consensual. Many families have power dynamics which bring some vulnerable members to exploitation by others.
Both these arguments have weaknesses. For example, the childbirth argument doesn't apply to incestuous couples who don't plan on having kids and not every relationship is non consensual BUT if this subject would be as normalized as that troll would want it to be then we would definitely have an issue within the society because at the end of the day MOST do end up with being groomed and having purposely sick children and you are encouraging it. Sure there are exceptions that I won't judge but let's not act like it's something that should be NORMALIZED.
