The whole point of the early kiss is so that the next scene isn't SUPER non-con, this is done so that sexual attraction is already established and present on both ends and it isn't just Kinn forcing himself onto Porsche and taking advantage of him during a vulnerable state of mind, like in the book. Every single character in this show is morally gray to black and has done shitty things soWith this being said, the sex scene will happen I think the screenwriters are trying to show us that kinn and Porsche are sexually attracted to one another before the whole drugging incident next episode. This is made very clear on Kinn's behalf.
