I fell in love more with their past life setting than the modern setting and for some reason, I wish they did a continuation of this show and instead of re-enacting "secret" they re-enact "trumpet creeper" from start to end, not give us snippets.
WOW this show just blew my mind. Why the heck did I not watch this earlier! The chemistry between the three female leads was so good that I skipped most of the romantic scenes just to watch them. Oh god, Song Ga Gyeon and Cha Hyeon stole this show for me!
For some reason, Won Jin Ah's acting in this show was stiff. Her smiles looked awkward and her speaking with the little 'hitch' was weird. It didn't seem natural and the ending was even more unnatural. They didn't wrap everything up nicely cause there's still so many questions left at the end of the show.
Also, Ji Chang Wook needs to do a melodrama cause I think he would really suit that genre instead of rom-coms. His crying is so convincing that I want to cry with him. A melodrama would really get him to show his emotions and actually portray the character instead of being goofy and smiling awkwardly.
The chemistry of the two leads was meh. A lot of people are saying their chemistry was so good and that they could feel it on the screen but for me Yoon Se Ah and Ji Chang Wook seemed like the better couple. I am just really disappointed after watching Just Between Lovers because her acting there was so much better.
Okay why the hell does this keep getting pushed back? Last week, everyone was expecting 2 episodes but then they pushed one back to this week and now both episodes are pushed back to next week? What the hell is this?
This is the type of show you would be hesitant to watch but the minute you do, it's so good that you binge watch it in 3 nights. It was a crazy rollercoaster of emotions and every character was significant to the story. Wish they actually showed the romance between them in the show but that is a minor issue I had which is understandable. But man, it's been a couple of days since I watched it and I am still just as obsessed and still dreaming about Wei Wuxian.
So disappointed with that last episode! Seriously was hoping for a better ending than that but honestly speaking, I knew that was coming. Everything after episode 14 became so predictable.
