Hey everyone! I'm thinking about watching this K-drama and wanted to ask if it's actually good. Is it engaging,…
I suggest waiting. I couldn't resist watching the first two episodes right away, and now I'm stuck waiting for the weekend. It's not a unique story as others have mentioned, but the cast makes it special and gives off different vibes. I'm biased because the main leads are my two favourite actors. It seems to be more rom-com slice of life and definitely no thriller/mystery inserts like what's been quite popular recently ð It also has vibes from the 90s somehow and peak swoon-worthy moments. I'm looking forward to everyone's stories, not just the romance part.
I really hope she didn't go to look for a job. That would be so terrible. She's just came back and is still recovering…
I totally agree! I think she's at the school to gather information, as per the comment by @hairlossmaxing above. Since it's a design competition, the students are the best clients/users, and given her previous job as a Product Manager, she'll excel at this type of work! ðĪ

I had the same feeling since the beginning like its the best way to fill 16 episodes but in the preview it looked…
In the preview, Mo Eum mentioned "entering a design competition to rebuild a gym into a new building". Perhaps it's a school gym? ðĪ The swimming pool and the school scene then make sense...
Yeah, the documents BSR carried could be related to new job applications, or maybe she's trying to collect payments from CSH's clients? ðĪ
I'm curious about what BSR did with the A4 envelopes she carried before going home to find her new room. ðĪ I believe she will assist CSH with the design competition, later!
I found it weird how she had him turn around to shield her as she just had to take the layers of jackets she was…
I feel like this part might only be relatable to someone who's been known as an 'ideal daughter.' In the 5-minute preview (https://youtu.be/3n1AHT-XwvA?si=VB1EXL3mPNRhC506), BSR talked about how her life has been shaped by other people's opinions and how it has been a burden for her. I'm eager to see if her mom's extremely high expectations will change and she'll start seeing her daughter for who she is instead of worrying about what others will think. I can totally relate to this as a Chinese daughter. My parents always say, "What would others think if they knew this and that? It would be shameful for our family!" (sometimes I think it's not for the family's sake, but it's for their own pride ð ) instead of really understanding my perspective and the decisions I'm making in my life. I hope that makes sense. I feel like I'm ranting a bit, haha.
Kim Ji Eun also mentioned in Salon Drip to look forward to the family stories too, rather than focusing only on the romance. I understand why my parents do the things they do because they were treated similarly by their own parents. It could be a generational thing; some parents still behave this way?
I really enjoyed the first episode! This is the first K-drama in 2024 that I didn't increase the playback speed ð . I also found some of the things Seung Hyo said to be really deep. Looking forward to more episodes!!! Don't forget to rate each episode, everyone! ðĪĐ
I think he did a bit of comedy in the past, but never as the main lead. He was the second lead with Jong Suk and Suzy, but that one isn't really a rom-com even though there are funny parts. However, Hae In himself said that this is his first rom-com.
The YW trauma is real. I feel like I have lost valued time. What a messsss! YW really seemed genuine but his actions…
It's still worth watching, really. Just don't judge a book by its cover. YW definitely has all the appeals of an ideal guy, but... ðĪŠ (from the most liked person to the most hated person in the show)
looking at park siblings hanging out. damn im so happy ð ( and there might be a chance for my ghost ship to…
If you've seen culhyun's latest IG post, I'm convinced that the ghost ship has sailed! It's so sweet that they celebrated his birthday together with SS and JH's parents!!!!
I really wish this had more focus on the family rather than the main couple.
I hope they show more appreciation for Grandpa, especially Grandma, to make him feel more appreciated! It warms my heart that he was asked what his favorite food is... ðĨđ
