Frustrating main lead, boring drama
I really wanted to love Fireworks of My Heart, but it ended up being a disappointment. The story was predictable, filled with unnecessary fire fighting scenes , and dragged out boring scenes that made the drama frustrating rather than heartwarming.
Yang Yang and Wang Churan looked great together, but their chemistry felt forced, and the emotional depth just wasn’t there. The female lead and male lead character were so unlikable that I didn’t root for them at all I think they should not be together at all
Overall, it had potential but failed to deliver. I couldn’t pass the 10 episodes curse i have with Chinese drama
