it is such in korean, japanese and chinese, only its english name is true beauty. i think the message of this story (if any) is quite weak lol but thats just my opinion

the webtoon is mediocre at best but its popular bc of the art... interested to see how the drama does lol

when i think of female leads, ae-shin from mr sunshine immediately comes to mind! (i noticed it in ur watchlist as well ^^)

she's so empowering and enjoyable to watch; strong, ambitious, not letting anyone step over her but ofc, kind and a little naive xD

it's a bit ridiculous but moving past that, i found it rather enjoyable. the FL is not that annoying after a while, and the leads are actually pretty cute tgt!

also, the summary here is misleading. basically its just the typical hardworking girl meets strict boss, the rest of the characters dont really matter


tldr recommended if you're really really bored and just want to watch anything super lighthearted

while i don't usually watch makjangs, i enjoyed this a whole lot!

as much as i love his character, lee hyuk's ending was well-deserved. he was a victim of his abusive parents and lived an ill-fated life so I'm glad he got relieved of his suffering in the end.

final thoughts; its entertaining, amazing actors!! (but not for picky viewers)
